I recently completed the PADI Rescue Diver certification with SDC, having completed a few PADI specialities with them previously.

I had certified my Open Water and Advanced Open Water at other dive centres. I have found the tuition, organisation and safety pales in comparison to the standard delivered at SDC. The dive course was well organised, and the instruction always clear. They are very patient and always welcome questions from the students. One thing that has impressed me is the instructors ability to know how far to push their students so that they can take the maximum from each session, complete the course successfully and walk away with a big smile on their face. This has never been more true for the rescue course. It is very demanding, and physically tiring as you run through various rescue scenarios over the course of the weekend… but I loved every minute of it. It has most certainly boosted my confidence in the water, and I have already signed up to the Divemaster track with SDC. SDC also make sure that each course is never over-subscribed, the instructor to student ratio is always excellent. They also have a number of Divemasters who also participate in teaching the courses, which gives the student access to a wealth of diving experience! What is clear with the instructors at SDC is that they love what they do, and they do their best to make sure you do too! Their kind, thorough and friendly approach gives you complete confidence in your training and safety.

Take a course with SDC and you will absolutely see what I am talking about!
